Put the weight of your next event’s planning on Peak Events.

We offer a buffet of in-house services to choose from, should you decide to keep your planning all in one place.  However, if you have a caterer that you like but want us to do the florals, that’s fine too.  You also have the option to go completely with outside vendors, but you’ll have the assurance of knowing that we’ll be standing by should disaster strike.  We like to be prepared for every contingency.

Wedding Packages

Minimum of one month notice, please.

Basic Coordination Package

• Maximum of 4 hours at rehearsal dinner
• Maximum of 8 hours for wedding day coordination
• Three face to face meetings: Priority setting meeting; informative ‘workshop’ meeting, and final week of meeting to tie up loose ends

Shared Package

• Maximum of 4 hours at rehearsal dinner
• 10-12 hours of wedding day coordination
• 6 face to face meetings
• Unlimited referrals
• Unlimited phone and email contact
• Quality control: on location; attire; personal; or any unforeseen issues.
• Budget design: Negotiations with vendors; concentration of money; contract pricing
• Control of Details: Vendors; site design & coordination; invitations; programs; seating charts; etc
• Wedding day services and coordination

All Inclusive Package

• Unlimited rehearsal dinner assistance
• Unlimited wedding day coordination
• Unlimited face to face meetings
• Unlimited phone and email contact
• Planning and coordination with all vendors

Wedding day services and coordination: included in all packages.

Peak Events will coordinate the events for the day. This will include everything from introductions, control of timing, ceremonies, and traditions.

For the bride and groom: We will handle any and all issues that arise so that you both will feel comfortable, and ensure that you and your day proceed on time. Our experience will allow us to remain on schedule and make sure you both are ready and in place for proper cueing. We will also work as a liaison between you and your photographer to get the best photographs possible.

For the wedding party: The key to make sure the focus of a wonderful wedding is not compromised is preparation. Everything from the timing and direction of all involved in the wedding party, including flower girls and ring bearers will be handle in a relaxed yet professional manner. Lining up and cueing of the wedding party will keep the wedding day running smoothly.

For the family members: Questions and concerns will be dealt with as they come. With more than just one coordinator available, greeting and directing your families will be handled upon their arrival. Design of the seating arrangements for the wedding and reception will be controlled to your liking and executed respectfully by Peak Events.

For all the other guests: Every guest will be greeted upon arrival, and any questions will be answered as they come. Our attention to guest’s concerns or issues such as dietary restrictions, will allow you to have a problem free wedding, as well as allowing you to be gracious hosts to all in attendance.

For all vendors: Peak Events will attend to all deliveries, and ensure the scheduling and payments are in accordance with the established agenda and budget.

As for the location(s): Members of the Peak Event staff will be on time for the preparation of the wedding and reception location(s). Decorations and design will be ready, and any glitches will be fixed immediately.
